## About Wuye Temple

Also called the Wanfo Pavilion (万佛阁), Wuye Temple is a Dragon King temple. On the 1st and 15th of each lunar month, crowds of devotees arrive, and over time it has become the centre of a range of activities, including rain prayers, opera performances and market fairs. It is said that wishes made here are very effective, which makes it the place with the most vigorous incense offerings on Mount Wutai.
