## About Tianya Haijiao (Edge of the Earth)

Sanya's signature scenic spot, a must-see for first-time visitors and anyone who enjoys traditional sightseeing. Along the coast you will find large rock formations rarely seen on other beaches. The site is vast and very crowded during the peak season. Stand in the sun for long and you will burn, so bring an umbrella.

## Tips from the guidebook

- Tianya Wedding: Since 1997, Tianya Haijiao has hosted a wedding festival here every year from 18 to 21 November. Newlywed couples from China and abroad, as well as couples celebrating golden or silver wedding anniversaries, can take part in the wedding activities and create lifelong, cherished memories.
