The observation deck at Sky Terrace 428 sits 428 metres above sea level, offering 360-degree views of Hong Kong. To the east you can take in both sides of Victoria Harbour; to the west you can gaze out toward Lantau Island, the surrounding outlying islands and the South China Sea.
