## About Shekou

Shekou lies on the eastern shore of Shenzhen Bay and beside the Pearl River Estuary, facing Yuen Long and Lau Fau Shan in Hong Kong's New Territories across the water. Just a few decades ago, it was a small fishing village. Today it is home to Sea World, Wanghai Road, the lighthouse, countless delicious foods and scenery you never tire of. As the city has developed at breakneck speed, Shekou has been its witness.
