## About Shangqiu

The main attractions are the Bagua City of Shangqiu and Zhuang Zhou's hometown. Shangqiu's Bagua City has city gates laid out according to the Bagua diagram, a layout found nowhere else in China. Zhuang Zhou (Zhuangzi) was one of the founders of Daoist thought in China, and surviving sites include Zhuangzi Well, Zhuangzhou Lane and Zhuangzi's tomb. There are also other sites, such as the ruins where Suiren (燧人氏) drilled wood to make fire.
