## About Red Stone Forest National Geopark

This is China's only red carbonate stone forest. Every rock is covered with fine striations, resembling a coral reef. The scenic area combines redness, elegance, steepness, strangeness, superlative beauty and antiquity, making it a natural sculpture museum of stone. It is therefore no surprise that it is known as the "Number One Wonder of Wuling".
