## About Qingming Riverside Park

A large Song Dynasty cultural theme park in the northwest of Kaifeng, based on Zhang Zeduan's monumental Northern Song scroll *Along the River During the Qingming Festival*. The park recreates the scenery and customs depicted in the painting. Visitors can change into Song-style costume and use Song-era coins to experience the daily life and customs of the Song people and the prosperity of the Northern Song firsthand.

## Tips from the guidebook

- Grand Song Dongjing Dream Show: a live spectacle with over 700 performers, woven together from several famous classical poems. The staging, lighting and performances are excellent. Ticket prices range from ¥249 to ¥799 depending on seat location. Runs 1–3 hours.
