## About Qingchuan Pavilion

The “Number One Tower of Qingchuan in the State of Chu” on the bank of the Yangtze, built in the Ming dynasty. Its name comes from the famous line “the trees of Hanyang stand clear across the sunny river,” and together with Yellow Crane Tower and Guqin Terrace, it is known as one of Wuhan’s three major scenic landmarks. Qingchuan Pavilion faces the Han River to the north and the Yangtze to the east, and it sits across the river from Yellow Crane Tower, with each enhancing the other’s setting.

## Tips from the guidebook

- 1. There is no direct metro line to Qingchuan Pavilion. There are only bus stops nearby, so taking a taxi or driving is more convenient.
- 2. Photography enthusiasts can take photos in Hanfu (traditional Han Chinese clothing) here.
