The scenic area is home to herds of wild boar, hares, foxes and other animals, but there is no need to be afraid.

- Li Culture: On the west coast, you can fully experience Li culture. Many Li residents live here, so don't miss their traditional “Bamboo Pole Dance” and their specialty bamboo-tube rice. Accommodation is hard to find in the central-west region, so you might try a Li boat-shaped house for a unique experience. Be mindful of Li customs: do not wear a straw hat when entering a house, and do not whistle or carry a hoe indoors.
