## About Lüshunkou (Port Arthur)

The southernmost tip of the Liaodong Peninsula and China's gateway to the sea. The climate here is pleasant: in spring you can enjoy flowers, and in summer you can eat fresh fruit and live seafood. Laotieshan lies directly on the dividing line between the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, making it Liaoning's “ends of the earth.” At the western tip of Laotieshan stands a century-old lighthouse, one of the world's famous lighthouses and the most impressive sight here. Other attractions, such as Snake Island, Bird Island and Baiyu Mountain, are also well worth seeing.
