## About Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

The sacred mountain in the hearts of the Naxi people, constantly wreathed in clouds and mist. The snow peaks are majestic yet graceful, and as the seasons change, azaleas blooming at successive altitudes create the mountain's most beautiful scenery. The scenic area includes Yushuizhai, the Glacier Park, Blue Moon Valley and more. The Blue Moon Valley Square also hosts the large-scale live show *Impression Lijiang*.

## Tips from the guidebook

- Snow viewing: November to March of the following year is the best season to see snow on Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
- Glacier Park: Home to a glacier that has not melted for 40,000 years, it is a typical example of a modern glacier. It resembles a giant jade of ice, with a mysterious “green snow peak” landscape, and has been hailed as the “Lucerne Glass Palace”.
