- **Getting there:** There are direct buses from Quanzhou to Hui'an, which is very convenient. If you are coming from the direction of Fuzhou, you can also reach Hui'an first and then continue on to Quanzhou. Buses are frequent in Hui'an County town, and the long-distance coach buses on the highway will stop when you wave at them, which is very convenient.

## About Hui'an

Hui'an is a well-known place near Quanzhou. It became famous through the film Widows' Village (《寡妇村》), a story set long ago in this small fishing village. The real draw, however, is Chongwu, an old town within Hui'an County, and the distinctive dress of the Hui'an women.
