## About Golden Khan Tourist Tribe

Between the late 12th and early 13th centuries, the great conqueror Genghis Khan trained his troops here, competed with rival tribes and ultimately took control of the Hulunbuir Grassland. The layout of the Golden Khan Tourist Tribe reflects and recreates the imperial camp of Genghis Khan’s era. Today the site offers bonfire parties, horse-lassoing and taming shows, Mongolian wrestling, arena contests and Aobao worship rites, among other attractions. It is the only nomadic-tribe attraction in Hulunbuir.
