## About Daidai Island

This is one of the Top Ten Romantic Scenic Spots in Hainan: a pristine, tranquil and sentimental beach of rare beauty. Writer Feng Tang once praised it, saying, “This is China’s most beautiful uninhabited beach.” With a shoreline 1.1 km long, a beach 280 metres deep and winding coconut groves, it has become known as “the purest beach in Hainan.” Sit on the white sand, gaze contentedly at the blue water and let your mind wander, and you will understand what the name “Daidai Island” (呆呆岛, roughly “Dreamy Island”) truly means.
